These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets, bookings and use of services provided by Elite Eventos UK. By purchasing a ticket or booking a service you accept these terms in full.
All tickets are subject to availability and remain the property of Elite Eventos UK until payment is received in full. Tickets are personal and may not be resold for profit.
Event and table bookings are confirmed once full payment or an agreed deposit has been received. Bookings without confirmation may be released without notice.
We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Customers must provide accurate details, arrive on time and comply with venue rules and applicable UK law throughout the event.
Each venue may impose its own rules regarding entry, dress code, age restrictions and prohibited items. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry without refund.
Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to such use unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
We reserve the right to change line-ups, timings or venues where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated to ticket holders promptly.
Elite Eventos UK's liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket or booking. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury except where caused by our negligence and required by law.
All logos, artwork, videos and content produced by Elite Eventos UK remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
