Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their booking and receive a refund only if Elite Eventos UK is notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the event.

• Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows.
• Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.

If Elite Eventos UK cancels an event

Customers will receive either:

• A full refund, or
• A transfer to the rescheduled event.

Ticket transfers

Customers may transfer their ticket to another person by contacting Elite Eventos UK before the event at info@eliteeventos.uk.
